Cookie Protein Balls

1/4 cup Oat Flour
1 1/4 cups Oats
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
8 Stevia packets
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Mix the milk and butter together to form a thin butter. Mix everything but the chocolate chips. Then add the chocolate chips. Roll into balls (I made 21 but more balls means less calories per serving) and refrigerate for 30 mins.
